Founded in 1895, Berluti is a French company. It is best known for its Oxford, a model made from a single piece of leather with 3 holes, polished to a mirror finish. A very big name in men's footwear, its shoemaking expertise has served Andy Warhol, François Truffaut, and Yves Saint Laurent. It is known for its leather (especially the Venezia), its fit, and its patinas.
Acquired in 2012 by the LVMH group, it is now a complete men's fashion brand developing luxury ready-to-wear.
