Shipping policy

When placing an order, the customer can choose between different options: click and collect at the store or shipping via Colissimo with insurance (for orders over a certain amount) and signature confirmation upon delivery.

For Colissimo shipments, the customer receives a tracking number allowing them to track the package until delivery, possibly requiring a signature upon receipt.

Products shipped with insurance are those with a market value of €300 or more. A fixed shipping cost (regardless of size or weight) is applied based on the destination country. Le Beau Gustave covers the additional insurance costs; you only pay for shipping.

In the event of a lost package during transit, and after an investigation by the carrier determines that the package was misplaced without any fault of the customer, all sums paid will be refunded. However, if the investigation cannot determine that the package was lost in transit and delivered to the correct address, no refund will be possible.

Shipments are made within 48 hours – excluding holidays – of order confirmation.

Le Beau Gustave ships worldwide; the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties.
