Each product is presented on the website with numerous photos and is precisely described, including dimensions, condition, and any defects or signs of wear.

Furthermore, Le Beau Gustave is available to answer any questions you may have – by phone, social media, email, or through the website's contact section. You are purchasing with full knowledge of the product. These luxury and exceptional items, although pre-owned, avoid the need for return shipping, which can potentially damage their condition.

Products are shipped with a security seal; its removal voids the right to return the item.

Le Beau Gustave does not accept returns or exchanges, but customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance selling.

The 14-day period begins the day after the contract is concluded or the goods are delivered. If this deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended by the same number of business days.

Le Beau Gustave will issue a refund provided the product is in exactly the same condition as when it was sent, including the warranty seal. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The initial shipping costs are refunded, but not the return shipping costs.

The product must be returned under the same delivery conditions as the original shipment. For purchases exceeding €250, Le Beau Gustave offers insurance covering the full value of the package. However, for returns, this insurance must be paid for by the customer.

Any risk associated with returning the product is the responsibility of the Customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products are returned to the correct address and in good condition.

Other refund cases:

- The unique nature of the products sold and the distribution method (store-online) may lead to arbitration if the same product is sold to several customers simultaneously. For practical reasons, in-store purchases will take precedence. Naturally, any expenses incurred by the customer online will be fully refunded as quickly as possible.

- Le Beau Gustave reserves the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to replace or modify any content or information appearing on it. While Le Beau Gustave always makes every effort to fulfill all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise, such as problems related to external events or a payment issue, requiring the refusal to process an order after sending the Order Confirmation. Le Beau Gustave reserves this right at any time. In this case, if payment has already been made, all amounts paid will be refunded, including delivery charges, as quickly as possible, using the same payment method as the original transaction. In all cases, this refund will not incur any costs for the customer. Le Beau Gustave cannot be held liable to the customer or any other third party for the removal of a product from its website, the removal or modification of any material or content appearing thereon, or the non-processing of an order in the cases mentioned above, after the Shipping Confirmation has been sent.

- The price of the products will be the one indicated at any given time on the Le Beau Gustave website, except in the case of a manifest error. Errors may occur despite all efforts to ensure that the prices indicated on the website are accurate. If such an error is detected in the price of the product(s) ordered, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered the option of either confirming the order at the correct price or canceling it. If the customer cannot be contacted or is too difficult to contact, the order is considered cancelled and all amounts paid are refunded.
